DiamondRock Announces Third Quarter Dividend of $0.08 Per Share

BETHESDA, Md., Aug. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") (NYSE: DRH) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share to stockholders of record as of September 7, 2012. The dividend will be paid on September 19, 2012.
